Take a look at Rochester Quick Lane on 2nd’s new Service Kiosk available for customers who are dropping off/ picking up their vehicles before or after hours:

This kiosk contains 16 secure key lockers for guests to store their keys in when they check into a service appointment after business hours.

Shuttle Service 

A shuttle will be available for guests dropping off their vehicles before Quick Lane on 2nd store hours (6:00am - 6:45am). Drop off locations between 6:00am - 6:45am are available to Downtown Rochester, Mayo Clinic, and locations on 2nd street ONLY. 

During regular business hours, starting at 6:45am, shuttle drop off locations will not be limited and are available to ALL Rochester locations.
